gearing up for my first outside run today... i dont have all the bells and whistles that will tell me what i did and how long i did it for (maybe i will drive my car around my route and get the distance :P )
hoping to get to a shoe store today, i try to cram everything into the short time my childrens are away.
will let y'all know how i do.

Best of luck, Lisa! Hope the weather is good for your run. Really, once you get to a shoe store, you will see the difference in your run. I think Anna wears Asics, Mary wears New Balances, and I'm in Mizunos--different strokes for different folks (and feets).
