I sweat. A lot.
Today I ran a solid 5 miles on the treadmill and realized that I personally find it more difficult than running outside. And so I sweat. My refrain was "I never quit on a run" even when Gloria Estefan (really dude?!) came on my iPod. Who else ran today?!

Yeah, that's what I looked like. Only I have on my black and white running jacket, so it hides my sweat soaked shirt.
