Sllllow and low
I've allowed myself to sleep in each day this week until 7:00--a transition from the 5:30 runs I grew used to. I ran 30 minutes today and 30 on Monday (skipped yesterday altogether), approximately 3 miles each time. The dogwood trees (?) were in full pollination this morning at Harold Washington Park. It looked beautiful and snowy. And then some got into my mouth, causing a coughing spell. Nature!

yep... with ya sis. Planning on a 5-7 mile tonight, and a 3 on Friday. Trying to keep body strong. My right knee has been giving me a bit of grief lately. we are almost there!!!

ReplyDeletei did yoga last night and pilates tonight. Haven't had a spare moment all week to run. Working, packing and selling things on Craigslist have taken all my time. ooops.
